Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. These Terms operate alongside your statutory rights and do not replace or reduce them.
1.1 Tranten Computing LLP sells refurbished computing devices and related hardware through its website at trantencomputing.com.
1.2 All products sold by Tranten are refurbished unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of listing.
1.3 Tranten also provides B2B technology procurement and device lifecycle services. Where a customer engages Tranten through a dedicated sales representative or enters into a separate service agreement, the terms of that agreement shall govern and shall take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
1.4 Product specifications, condition disclosures, warranty terms, and pricing are presented at the time of purchase and form part of the order record.
2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during checkout and in all communications with Tranten.

3.1 Refurbished products may show cosmetic signs of prior use. Such cosmetic wear does not affect functional performance and does not constitute a defect under these Terms or the Warranty Policy.
3.2 Product images on the Website are illustrative and may not represent the exact unit delivered. Minor visual variations arising from the refurbishment process are expected and do not constitute misrepresentation.
3.3 All devices sold by Tranten are selected and verified through Tranten’s internal quality control process prior to dispatch. Tranten does not sell devices it classifies as below its minimum quality threshold.
4.1 All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
4.2 Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change prior to order confirmation. Tranten does not guarantee that listed prices will remain unchanged.
4.3 A valid GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued for every completed purchase and made available through the customer’s account or via email.
4.4 Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. Tranten does not store, process, or have access to card numbers, CVV, UPI credentials, or any other payment instrument data. Such data is governed by Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy.
4.5 Tranten reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch in the following circumstances:

6.2 Warranty coverage and after-sales support begin only after successful delivery and acceptance of the product, as confirmed by the courier partner’s delivery record.
7.1 Warranty coverage is governed solely by Tranten’s Refurbished Device Warranty Policy, available at trantencomputing.com.
7.2 All warranty claims are subject to verification, mandatory assessment, and compliance with the procedures stated in the Warranty Policy.
7.3 No warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond those explicitly stated in the Warranty Policy. Tranten does not make any representations about device performance beyond what is disclosed at the time of sale.
8.1 Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed exclusively by Tranten’s Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy, available at trantencomputing.com.
8.2 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are not affected by the Returns Policy. Where a conflict exists between the Returns Policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights shall prevail.

17.2 Jurisdiction for any disputes arising under these Terms shall lie exclusively with the courts of Karnataka, India.
