Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment, delivery, and transit-related terms applicable to products purchased from Tranten Computing LLP (“Tranten”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “customer”) agrees to the terms outlined in this Policy.

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

1. COURIER PARTNER & COVERAGE

1.1 Tranten ships all products exclusively through DTDC as its designated courier partner (“Courier Partner”).

1.2 Shipping coverage, delivery timelines, and serviceability are subject to DTDC’s operational network and constraints.

1.3 Tranten does not operate its own courier fleet. Tranten will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch but does not guarantee uninterrupted courier availability.

1.4 Upon dispatch, Tranten will provide the customer with a DTDC tracking link to monitor shipment status in real time.

2. DISPATCH TIMELINE

2.1 Tranten will dispatch all confirmed orders within 2 working days of order receipt, regardless of the customer’s location.

2.2 Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM on a working day will be prioritised for same-day or next-working-day dispatch.

2.3 Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the following working day and dispatched within the 2-working-day window from that date.

2.4 A working day is any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or declared public holiday in Karnataka, India.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

3.1 Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–5 working days for most serviceable locations across India.

3.2 Deliveries within Karnataka may arrive sooner, subject to DTDC’s local network performance.

3.3 Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

4.1 Tranten offers free shipping on all orders across India. No shipping fee is charged to the customer at checkout or upon delivery.

4.2 Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Any special or expedited delivery arrangements, if offered, will be communicated separately with applicable charges.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

5.1 Tranten offers Cash on Delivery as a payment option at checkout, subject to serviceability and availability at the time of order.

5.2 All COD orders require a non-refundable advance payment at the time of order placement. The advance amount is as specified at the time of checkout and is subject to change at Tranten’s discretion.

5.3 The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including order cancellation by the customer after dispatch.

5.4 If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery by the customer without prior written notice to Tranten:

6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

6.1 Delivery is deemed complete once the shipment is marked as “Delivered” by DTDC at the customer’s provided address.

7. PACKAGING & HANDOVER REQUIREMENTS

7.1 All products are shipped in protective packaging designed to withstand standard transit conditions.

7.2 Customers must retain the original packaging until delivery inspection is completed.

7.4 Tranten reserves the right to assess the adequacy of packaging at the time of return. Devices received with insufficient packaging that results in transit damage may impact eligibility for resolution.

8. DAMAGE, TAMPERING & MISSING ITEMS AT DELIVERY

8.1 Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

8.2 If the package appears physically damaged, opened or tampered, or incomplete or missing items, the customer should:

8.5 Damage or tampering claims are subject to DTDC’s investigation process. Tranten will facilitate communication and claim coordination with DTDC on the customer’s behalf.

9. TRANSIT ISSUES & COURIER CLAIMS

9.1 Transit-related issues, including loss, damage in transit, or non-delivery, are processed in accordance with DTDC’s investigation and insurance procedures.

9.2 Tranten’s role in transit claims is limited to:

10. RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO)

11.2 Warranty coverage begins only after successful delivery and acceptance of the product by the customer, as confirmed by the DTDC delivery record.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
